We are thrilled with how these plans have changed the phasing ability of our renovation, as well as the overall outcome. I feel like this is the unique house we hoped for. This set of plans meets almost every criteria we have had from the beginning, and does so while still allowing us to stay in the home for all phases of the project,....at least theoretically. ;)
There are details to work out in terms of honing the trims, finishes, the entrance piers, in order to get a more English Country look over a Craftsman look, but the overall shape and roof lines of this house definitely creates the feeling we want. Kind of a grand cottage with European flair.
The drawings showing the actual phasing have not been posted yet. These design drawings represent the final outcome for all 4 phases.
